Voucher Purchase Terms

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem the voucher, you must make a reservation in advance by email: palac@palachenrykow.pl or by phone:   505 609 906.

Additional payment to the value of your reservation is possible at the palace in cash or by card.

If the voucher is partially used, the remaining amount is non-refundable.

The voucher must be redeemed during a single visit to the palace.

The voucher can be used for accommodation, spa services, and the Henryków Palace restaurant.

Valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
